12 years ago the Hip-Hop world lost one of the greatest MC's of all time. To me he was the illest! The best hands down. First MC that really caught my attention at a young age and truly inspired me. To be honest, when I heard he passed away back in 2000, I teared up and was sad for a while.
When Big Pun rapped (especially when he was featured on a song), I would keep quiet and really concentrate on every single word he spoke. Every verse was ill, mind blowing, clever, and a head of its time. Rewinding his verses was always a must!
